Multiple daily bsod, please help

Hi I have a new HP G62-b24eo laptop that I just started using this Friday, and I get several bsod every day. What comes up on the screen is "IRQL Driver not less or equal" and further down "tcpip.sys." I'm trying to find out if this is a problem that can be fixed as soon as possible so I can decide...
