search engine redirect virus

I have somehow contracted the search engine redirect virus. I have tried various remedies I've found online and nothing has worked. Here's my HiJackThis log file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2 Scan saved at 7:38:09 AM, on 2/9/2011...
