Hi all, it looks like I may require a lawyer in the State of Washington.

Unfortunately a situation has arisen which by the looks of things may soon escalate to legal action in court against another party with whom I have a contract. The contract states that the agreement (contract) shall be goverened by the laws of the State of Washington. It would therefore I think...
