Separate characters with dash (-) in Excel 2007?

Hi guys, i need a help with separating characters by using dash in excel 2007. Example, Before: 12345678901234567890 After: 1234-5678-9012-3456-7890 Can anyone help me tell me how to do it in excel? I need to split over 5,000 columns with different characters.
