Does .html or static pages affects the Google Oraganic traffic?

Hi All, I am doing seo for my site riksanbud.no which is having organic traffic before a month around 1000 but after addittion of the .html static pages it has increased to more than 6500. But now it from the last 2-3 weeks it progress rate has decliened. Does anybody here why it is happning and...
