Malicious Threat Wiped Me Out!

I searched the previous posts and found a similiar instance under "Windows NT /2000/XP" where a guy had no safe mode and continious boot loop. Unfortunately that case went unresolved since he was working with boot leg software. It seems I have encountered this same problem, less my software is...
