My application is not workin

HI PPL, i dont knw wats happen to my application it has stopped working. my application is in vb.net.till the day b'fore it was f9 bt next day the application did nt take any changes made and it showed only those results tat wer saved the day earlier n its nt taking up any changes.the changes are...
