PayPal fees with MassPay....I'm confused

Who does know how much is going to cost me to receive a payment from the USA in my Australian PayPal account? Moniker says only $1 (by MassPay) while PayPal today told me 2.4 % + something since it's cross-currency....but I told them that I have a secondary balance in USD in my PayPal ....yet...
