Suggestions Wanted

Hello, I am looking for suggestions for Inside Gossip (http://www.insidegossip.co.uk) it's backend is Wordpress. Just looking for some input as i did all the work and my graphic skills are not to good. Any ideas? Plugins, pages, look and feel etc thanks
