Thesis Parts (Chapter 3: Methodology)

I am now on our chapter 3 of my thesis in Computer Science, I dont know much about this part: 3.2 Technical data 3.2.1 System specification 3.2.2 system development 3.2.2.1 System design What do I do here? Can somebody explain these parts? Thank you!
