Boot Problem Compaq 6710b

Hi Guys, Help needed.. Friend of mine has a Compaq 6710b laptop that got infected with virus(es) and he turned the machine off. Now when we try boot it back up it gets to the windows blue screen (just before logon screen) and reboots itself... It will do this for normal mode and safe mode When...
