GAKT default CPC usage

I saw a note in one of the .TV threads regarding the default CPC but wanted to point out that the default CPC is likely not what most advertisers pay. One should add in "estimated ad position" and then place a figure to see how much an advertiser could pay and still retain a spot in positions 1-3,...
