What exactly are you looking for? I'm also an e-commerce owner and I use many modern and non-standard solutions in order to manage my business more efficiently. I work alone, but I manage to cope with everyone thanks to special software that automates some processes and saves my time, and thanks to the fact that I find companies that help me to solve many of my business problems at a low cost. For example, recently I decided to try the customer service call center because many of my clients need help with some questions or want to solve problems they have with my products. I believe that the employees of this company are doing an excellent work in this and I don't spend a lot of money to create and maintain my own call center for business.
