This is really very good advice. I like this information. I'm not a designer, but I had to learn a little more about this because I created a website for my local business reccently. I needed help in creating modern and attractiv design for my site and optimizing the pages in my online store. I was lucky to find an offer from Web design St Albans who did their work very well. I really think that I wouldn't have been able to find such good designer as those who work in this company. Sometimes finding an outsourcing service from a professional is much cheaper and faster than figuring it out on your own.

Make use of a visual hierarchy.
On the homepage, use a descriptive, keyword-focused headline.
However, don't place all of your calls to action at the top of the page.

Make the page big.

One thing at a time, please.

Stick to the tried-and-true formats.

Watch out for "false bottoms"

Carousels and revolving sliders should be avoided.

When developing a design for a website, it's very important to follow the trends that exist in webdesign and follow the news about digital technologies, since these are necessary conditions for creating a modern and SEO-optimized website. I know that many designers don't pay attention to the fact that images with high resolution are usually take a lot of memote space and this negatively affects the page load speed. But visual content is essential for any site, and the more high-quality and detailed images you add to the site, the more attractive and interesting it looks for users. So that you don't have to choose between too much and too little content, I can share with you a link to this blog post https://blog.griddynamics.com/using-...s-performance/ , which describes a way to reach a compromise on this. With Next.js image component, you can add more quality images without worrying about slowing down your website's web page loading speed. I'm currently trying to use only such files for website design.
