There are so many interactive application security testing tools available that you can use. Sahi, watir, Ranorex are some of them. So, you can use them but first check out the reviews of all. So, that you will not face any problem in future.

I am very confused by this question. Can you elaborate OP? What are you testing application wise?

You could set up a copy of Windows within a VirtualBox instance and test within there, what about that?
