I use use Google Analytics for some tests, and also Host Tracker is good service https://www.host-tracker.com/ for checking availability 24/7. Their network currently includes more than 140 servers all over the world.

I have been cooperating with Web Design Perth for six months and this team has created a cool website for me and now I am promoting my resource. It seems to me that development is better to trust professionals and not to use templates. It was the uniqueness of the graphic elements that was important to me.

Yes, it depends on what parameters you want to watch and at what stage? If you want to check the work of your site right after the moment of creation then I advise contacting the company which is engaged in testing of web products*(https://www.deviqa.com). If you are interested in statistics there are a lot of utilities that can be put directly into the site and show all the statistics online
