Toshiba stallite L300 start up issues

heello; I am having issues with a model of the afore mentioned laptop, i try to start it up and it come to a menu allways giving options of safe mode (and three versions of sed mode) and normal mode,in normal mode it refuses to pass the "please wait screen" but when i start in safe mode i am...
