Is this [cityname]Hotels.com domain worth developing, and how would I do it?

I just picked up a [cityname]Hotels.com domain name. The search "[cityname] hotels" returns just under 15,000 searches a month. I have never done a travel website, but an wondering if the number of searches a month warrants my creating a site on this name. Can anyone chime in? Is there money...
