redirect external referrer (htaccess)

How to redirect all traffic (to my site's certain htm page.. example: sub.site.com/folder/file.htm) who are not coming directly to my site. Something like this but this is not correct.. <div class="codeblock"> <div class="spaced"> <div style="float:right; margin-right:10px">
