Hp Pavillion 9700t Broken LCD/Graphics Card

Hey I was wondering if my Laptop needs a new screen or a new graphics card, my warranty doesnt cover new screens on the extended year apparantly =='' cheap ba%^&@$&!!!! but yea here's what i know about my PC Its a Hp Pavillion dv9700 and its running on W7, some nvidia graphics card, not sure...
