Dell E310 is in power save mode. How can I resolve this?

I have a 2006 Dell E310 with a 19 inch flat panel display. When I turn on the computer I get a message on the screen that says it is in "Power Save" mode and I can't do anything to get out of that mode. The four troubleshooting lights on front of the tower PC have lights 2 and 4 on. I don't hear...
