computer doesnt boot

i've been using the same pc for more than a year now. sometimes it does happen that when i turn on my pc, it powers up but doesnt boot. nothing happens then and i eventually have to turn it off and then on.. doing this a few times makes me pc run and then i face no issues. this usually happens in...
