Your Thoughts on my first design

I'm working on a new web design for my portfolio website. This is what i have so far: http://archeyreece.com/preview.jpg Thoughts, Tips, and constructive criticism. Remember this is my first web design so be nice

I plan on adding more into the content area, just don't know what yet
