How Easy it would be to Rank with such an strategy?

I'm going to create 3niche sites - each of main keyword gets max 100k searches per month and is under 1million competition and have like ~20related keywords what together gets 200k searches per month and each of that keyword is under ~400k competition in google - as well as when I search those...
