Window 7 Showing Low Disk Space...

Hi.I bought Laptop (DELL Mini) 3 months back,After expiry of MCAFEE Anti Virus,I installed PC Doctor antivirus from web site.....My C drive's about 216 gigs and I couldn't manage to have disk space more than a MB (After Deleting all un necessary files still show low disk space message).
