Monitor freezes after switch ON

Hi, I have a PC having made of Compaq Presario 1130 IL , Whaen i am switching on my PC the monitor doesn't receive any signal , it didn't receive any signals form PC. When i check my Monitor with another PC then the Monitor worked properly. I think the CPU doesn't send any data to the Monitor...
