Error in BeginTransaction Method in vb 2008

*This error Show when i cliick Button3* _ExecuteNonQuery requires the command to have a transaction when the connection assigned to the command is in pending local transaction. The transaction property of the command has not been initialized._ <div class="codeblock"> <div class="spaced">
