problem of laptop toshiba tecra8000

when switched on the display TOSHIBA appears, after 20 or 30 seconds it displays PASSWORD. Both the battery 3.6v and 7.2v has been removed from the mother board.How can I delete password from the mother board in order to make the machine operative.
