DP keyword tool having serious problems

My keyword tool is locked on the 'Track Back Links' section. I can go into Track Keywords, but once I select one of my websites from the selection box, the page goes back to 'Track Back Links'. Ive tried all I can think of - doing a 'check all', checking individual links, logging in and out,...
