Thumbnails?

It's been a long while since I added a thumbnail option to a directory. I'm noticing that alexa doesn't offer it anymore?? I have tried 3 different options and I can't get an "ID KEY" and the support on all of these sites seems to be defunct. What is the option for thumbnails these days?
