help! google links redirect to ad pages :(

Help Please! every time i click on a google link for any search using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, I am redirected to a different page, usually an ad. I have McAfee installed and activated and it removed 1 trojan a few weeks ago, but has picked up nothing since, and I perform a FULL sweep...
