Hostgator makes me angry. My site is dead for few hours

Today, i received the notice about 25% CPU Usage. And i'm working on it, mysql on my site is disabled. i chat with few them supporter,...

I think this is always an issue at shared hosting. I'd upgrade my package if I was in your shoes.
