vnc/vinagre

i can vncviewer and vinagre from the local machine and that makes sense... cuz its that machine... but whenever i ssh in i cant run it remotely and it seems to me that would be the point... ssh -X -l is the command i use to get in so im setting the X11 forwarding and then ...
