from VGA to HDMI problems

I have just upgraded my pc and added in an ATI HD5670 GPU. I cant seem to get my page sizing correct. Ifi resize fonts so i can read stuff in windows explorer then i am unable to read webpages due to them filling centre of screen and being tiny where as with VGA they fited the hole screen. When...
