Can't get indexed after renaming urls

As the title suggests, I cannot get my website indexed. Basically, I changed some of the directory names and urls to be more SEO friendly but after 9 weeks Google will not update my urls. I have obviously updated my sitemap to point to the new urls and used the google remove outdated pages tool to...
