Putting logo in Ms outlook

Can anybody tell me .How should i insert logo .simple i want to send my company logo.when send any email.When i go Tools->option-> Signature.i did not get any option regarding picture.i am using ms outlook 2007.kindly me know the idea.Any help would be highly appreciated.
