Getting started with nootropics
I'm fascinated by the idea of cognitive and intelligence enhancement through diet and supplementation...I find caffeine is a very minor example of this, I feel very alert and gain a small boost in mental function...I only ever play and write songs on the guitar after taking caffeine...I don't even know if caffeine is considered a nootropic but imo it is
But I was thinking recently about actual nootropic supplementation...does anyone take any "smart drugs" and if so have you noticed a difference
Could anyone point me in the direction of a book or informative website that will explain the basics of nootropic supplementation?
