Does azure need recovery plan?

As we have so many cloud hosts today. I want to know that does we require azure recovery plan also? or not?

There should be a recovery plan for all kind of host because disasters can happen any time, So As I think you should use your own disaster recovery plan, and if you want to use a software then you can also do it for that, There are some azure disaster recovery plan are available that you can use.
