Converting Delphi to VB.net or VB 6.0

Hi, I am very new to the Delphi or Pascal. I was looking for source code and I got that source code in Delphi Pascal language that I know at all. I need somebody help to convert VB 6.0 or VB.net I am uploading attachment with this topic. Kindly help on this.
