Adsense on non-tm typo minisite

Didn't find this in Google Adesense ToS, but was wondering - I have a minisite on a non-tm typo domain, traffic source 99.9% is type-in (typo). Is it legit to setup AdSense on the minisite? Was anyone trying this?
