computer tries to connect to two connections?

Hello! I have a dell studio 17 laptop. I connect my computer by a router. Every time I turn on my computer, my computer seems to be trying to connect to two different networks. When I click on their properties they seem to have the same IP. The only thing different is the ipv6 address. Like...
