AdBrite - Multiple Accounts?

Hey all, Just wondering if anyone knows if you are allowed to have multiple AdBrite accounts... Their system has only allowed me a certain amount of zones. I contacted them and they increased the amount of zones by 3... Even deleted zones are still counted in the limit, why i don't know, they...
