Help me!!!! Windows xp not loading

So here's the deal. I was an idiot and clicked on a file to download from an unknown host and let it extract. I didn't do anything so I restarted the computer and after that could not boot into windows at all. I would be able to get to the user log in screen but once I click on the user it say's...
