Can someone view this page (
http://deefrag.com/articles/?page_id=157) in IE8, and tell me if the blockquote (the blue region surrounding the text) glitches around when scrolling, and/or if it looks different than in Firefox? (aside from the fact that Firefox has rounded corners, and IE doesn't) ...
