Default How to make it in CSS: Fixed bar at bottom.
Hello i would like to know how to make a fided bar at the bottom of the screen wich stay fixed always even if the scroll bar is moved... i've tried with "position: fixed" I want o make a bar, something simillar to the one in facebook but with texts or links to sections of the page, etc. ...
