How long is a backlink considered as a backlink by google>
 

I 've built a site for two weeks. And some blogs,websites,bbs have links to my site. But when executing "Link:mysite.com" in both gg and yahoo or I go to website tool to have a look. The number of backlinks for my site is ZERO. So I want to know how long does a backlink be considered as?
