HotSpots on Picture
 

Hi All, ( I use Delphi 6/7) 1.0 I wish to display a picture, eg jpg-pic, to the User. 2.0 On the pic I wish to define 'hotspot'-areas, such that when the User moves the mouse-pointer over a 'hotspot'-area, the cursor changes, or such to indicate that the User is on a 'hotspot'-area. ...
