GUI will not display

Hi, My code compiles and runs but the GUI will not display. I have tinkered with it but cannot get it to come up. Someone said I may be miscalling my GUI in this code, help? Thank you. <div class="codeblock"> <div class="spaced"> <div style="float:right; margin-right:10px">
