Windows Movie Maker - Help!!!

I need Help, and I believe It should be simple... lol I have a ton of pix 70 - 100. I have a 3-1/2 minute song. I loaded the pix in to Windows Movie Maker... and no matter what I do, the pix always play twice as long as the song. So, what my question is, is this...
