What Happened to My rankinkgs??

Hello Everyone, I have a website that was ranking on google for over last 1 month, having more than 1000 Backlinks. Suddenly it got disappeared in google in first 20 pages... Please help me what happened to my rankings, or is there any change in Google Algo.....
